Last Wednesday, the ever-stylish Alexa Chung hosted the launch of the third-annual British Designers’ Collective at Bicester Village (here she is in a sweater by participating designer Bella Freud!). The British Designers’ Collective is a pop-up boutique concept store, which is the result of a collaboration between Bicester Village and the British Fashion Council, and aims to give shoppers from around the world the opportunity purchase a bit of British fashion design.  Whether it is Nicholas Kirkwood heels, Peter Pilotto prints, Jonathan Saunders’ colour, Bella Freud’s quirky knitwear, or bold jewellery from Mawi, the British Designers’ Collective will give you the chance to acquire coveted pieces from talented London Fashion Week designers at fantastic prices.

Imagine: Preen, Bella Freud, James Long, Hermione de Paula, Jean Pierre Braganza, Nicholas Kirkwood, Osman, Markus Lupfer, Peter Pilotto, Holly Fulton, Goat, Emma Cook, Pauric Sweeney, Lily and Lionel, Mawi and Erickson Beamon, all under one roof – and at a discount – so be sure to get there while the gettin’s good! You can meet all of the designers included in the Collective here.

The British Designers’ Collective opened to the public on the 22nd of March and will shut its doors on the 9th of May.  And gentlemen, you haven’t been left out – the menswear phase runs from 16th May until the end of June.

Before we hopped on the fashion train up to Bicester for the event, I snapped this picture of Tala (MyFashDiary).  Not only does she have great style, but is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside!

Steal her style with a collar from Dannijo, a LeiVanKash feather bracelet, and Givenchy bag!  (You can also get a look at her collar and bracelet in action :)).
