I first met Tara back in July at Amsterdam International Fashion Week. We have bonded over both being from Toronto and our love for European life. She is no longer one of my ”strangers”, as she’s been popping up on my blog recently. Since I love her style, she will be appearing on my blog from time to time (this is the 4th time!).
