I called his name, (“Mr Testino!!”), ran up to him, and mumbled something about adoring him and his work (how original, how eloquent…). He smiled and allowed me to hastily take his picture. The white background was somewhat unfriendly to shoot against, but I got too nervous to ask him to take a detour with me to find a better background and light. I also didn’t want to make a complete fool of myself in front of theMario Testino. Some people think I’m pretty gutsy, but on this occasion I’d like to think that even I can be forgiven for losing my nerve. 🙂
